Open Start then click on Run and type notepad then click on OK. Then you can copy the below given command and paste in to the notepad

REGSVR32 WUAUENG.DLL /S

REGSVR32 WUAPI.DLL /S

REGSVR32 MUCLTUI.DLL /S

REGSVR32 QMGR.DLL /S

Then you have to click on the File menu of the notepad and after that click on Save As and in the Save as type list, click All Files then in the File name box type register.bat then you have to save the register.bat file to desktop then open the register.bat file to register the Windows Update files.
